The Good Citizens Foundation
To be the best that you can be is a global fact of life. To help others be the best they can be is the definition of a good citizen. The purpose of this foundation is to provide the opportunities for individuals, groups, teams, and community to become the best that they can be.
The GCF provides funding for projects that meet this need. The GFC also takes the risks to explore new avenues of positive change as creative developments materialize to provide dynamic programs of social co-habitation within a competitive world of athletics and educational mastery.
What We Really Do
We take children from broken homes, negative situations, abusive mindsets, and we blend them with positive families, supportive individuals, and lovers of life as we produce positive, confident, self-loving, and unselfish young men.
We teach them how to play the game of life through a simple game of baseball. They learn how to get back up when they are “knocked down”, how to stand tall against all odds, how to smile in accomplishments, and how to help others bring glory into their lives.
“That boy who doesn’t have a dad around, whose mother has passed, whose brother is off to war”…. he is the one we are teaching to mature as a player and as a man. The “little man” who fights the world of drugs and ignorance, has an option to play clean for at least one more day because we take the time to care. That super intelligent student, who could not communicate before, can now mix it up with the others, on and off the field, because he learned how to laugh, talk, sing, and dance with the boys of summer.”

The great athlete who does not have the home support to attend the talent shows, now, has the opportunity to let the world know he exists because somebody helped us raise the funds for him to go. AND......The young lad, WHO IS “brought up” with love, can stand tall and feel good about sharing his heritage to the world without passing judgment on others.”
The bottom line is this:
We create "timeless victories and positive memories" within the heart of each citizen we reach. We enjoy the process and we do not want to keep all the fun for ourselves! It would be an honor to have you participate in our programs and join our family of positive global citizens.
